It is an essential procedure that every generator set must be strictly and comprehensively tested before shipment to ensure that customers would receive generator set in sound condition. Thus, testers have formulated an overall scheme to safely and efficiently conduct the test.
The best way to ensure that generator will work well is to perform loading test, as it simulates electrical loads and applies them to gensets. We’ll test the entire generator set, including engine, load capacity, cooling system, alternator, voltage regulator, and ensure that the entire genset operates normally and can cover power load.
The test is conducted at factory’s special testing area.All workers in LEGA have a strong sense of responsibility and put products’ quality as top priority. Testers strictly supervise products’ quality according to production’s requirements and take responsibility for every customer.
